How We Do It
Define Goals.

Sometimes our clients are armed with a set of goals when they walk through our doors. Sometimes not. So rather than razzle dazzle you with a bunch of neat industry jargon (though we do know the lingo), let us stop right now and say that FrontGate Creative is here to help you reach your potential, in plain English. Entering the arena of branding, advertising or interactive doesn't have to be complicated. In fact, we think it's actually quite fun! Our creative is ...well, it actually is creative. Our production process will ensure your projects stay on-time and on-budget. We're here to help you develop that quick, one-time campaign or to create strategies that help you grow your customer base long-term. Whatever you need. We're here. In the end, if you are not meeting your goals, we're not meeting ours. So why not benefit from our experience and see your next project take flight?

Outline the Plan.

Without a good plan, we are doomed to failure. We’ve tried to use history as our guide, and we know that the key to success is a great plan. FrontGate Creative will be working both our team and yours to make that plan. No one knows your business better than you, and we’d be foolish to think that although we have great ideas, that we know more about your business than you do. We’ll use your knowledge and our desire for great creative and execution to build a plan that will hopefully make the work we do for you both fun, and successful for us all.

Çreate and Test.

This is the part we are the most passionate about. Following the great plan that we’ve all worked on together, we’ll put world class creative in front of you, and work with you to build and execute on the creative that is best for your business. It’s nice to win awards now and then (which we’ve done plenty of as well) but we’re not here just to make us look good, but to make your business stand out to your customers.

No one catches everything the first time and we know it. You thought we’d already made a solid plan? Well, we did, but now it’s time for some more planning. It’s time to have a testing plan that ensures that we measure everything we’ve committed to do for you, and make sure we’ve done it to both our own very high standards, as well as yours.

Refine and Grow.

We’d love to say we’re perfect and our crystal ball always shows us the future and that world stood still. Actually – we’re kind of a creative group, so we don’t like the world to stand still, we love change, because it’s a challenge to us all, every day. Now that we’ve hopefully made your campaign, project, site, ad, etc.. perfect, we’d like to look at how we can do it even better next time. We keep looking at history as everything we did before right now, and learn from it. We’re so glad that your campaign drove more sales, and that you loved the work, but I’m sure you have more sales goals for next quarter as well, and we promise to try and outdo ourselves this time too. We think that this kind of result will bring you back for more, as we all enjoy working together. Nothing does that more than success, and we’d like to grow yours!
