Interactive Producer and Project Manager

FrontGate Creative is looking for Producers and Project Managers to add to our creative team. As a Senior Interactive Producer, you will be responsible for end-to-end project management of any number of interactive media initiatives. These will include large-scale interactive advertising campaigns, complex website development, as well as supervision of website redesigns and maintenance. Your foremost responsibility is to insure your projects are delivered on time, on budget, in process, and with the highest degree of quality and excellence possible. This position reports directly to the Vice President/Sr Partner.

The ideal candidate is:

• Responsible for ensuring that the creative team employs the most innovative production methods, and projects are completed on time and on budget.
• Responsible for managing multiple interactive projects for multiple clients from start to finish.
• Tasks include writing project plans, vendor management, budget, and timeline management, scheduling internal and external meetings/follow-ups, project-by-project internal resource management.
• Has a working understanding of common interactive tools and techniques (Flash, HTML/CSS, .NET or PHP, database design/development, etc.).
• You must have MS Project, Advantage, or similar project management software experience.
  Have excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills and provide day-to-day guidance for creative and technical teams on per-project basis.

Requirements:

• Ideal candidates will have 5+ years experience as either a New Media Producer or Interactive Producer. Agency or Enterprise Class experience is a big plus.
• Must be extremely organized and have an extremely proactive disposition, with the ability to collaborate in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in information architecture and experience with content management.
• Ability to communicate effectively cross-functionally and with diverse individuals in a relaxed and professional manner.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven organizational, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• A passion for solving problems and the ability to be inspired rather than discouraged by difficult challenges.
• Development and maintenance of project requirements, budgets and schedules.
